Katie and Coleman’s country cornfield wedding on their farm near Ponoka was so much fun and had so many moments full of emotion!

How they met:

Katie was given Coleman’s number, by a friend, for plumbing services. He came to fix her shower, and ended up staying for a few hours, a few beers, and a good visit!

The Country Cornfield Wedding Photos

This right here was the ‘Wow’ moment!

Katie has the best laugh, honestly you can almost hear her just looking at these photos!

You guys…I had tears running down my face, like almost everyone did, while witnessing this part of Katie and Coleman’s ceremony. Katie read her vows to Cole, but then she read some very special vows to Gracie and Denim, her step children. It was such a special part of the ceremony ❤️

Ponoka Stagecoach Saloon Wedding Reception

The reception was held at the Ponoka Stagecoach Saloon and it was the perfect backdrop for some more incredibly special moments to happen!

But before that, have a look at Katie and Coleman’s reception details! I loved the beer koozies and how the centrepieces really showed their farm life!

This DIY cake stand was beautiful and made a great home for a wee cutting cake, cupcakes and the cutest sugar cookies from Jenny’s Sweetcheeks, who happens to be the groom’s sister!

The moments from the reception that really stood out for me as a photographer were K+C being serenaded by an Aunt, Coleman being presented with a buffalo plaid jacket and being officially welcomed into the Moore family, Katie’s mom and sister Stephanie singing a song about Katie and Coleman to the turn of Fishin’ in the Dark and giving The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band a run for their money…and lastly Gracie and Denim giving a speech followed by Gracie absolutely bringing the house down and bringing Katie to tears with a beautiful song she’d worked so hard on for them!!

Honest to goodness you guys…so many memories ❤️
