These two and their dog. To say Cynthia and Chris are well matched is an understatement to say the least. During our time together at Mill Creek Ravine for their engagement session I got a glimpse into the life they live together with their fur baby Drax and it was awesome. I really feel like when people talk in their ‘pet voice’ around you they’re just real….right? We spent the evening conversing with Drax, dodging other dogs at the dog park and laughing so hard. I met these fine people for the first time during Cynthia’s sister Jolene’s wedding in Banff last summer and immediately loved them so much I called Chris ‘Dave’ all day 😂
All the locations this couple chose to use during our session had special meaning to them. The first, below, was where Chris proposed to Cynthia. He had taken the time to set up candles and come up with a plan just for her, so we had to take photos here! Second, we headed to the off leash park where they spend a ton of time together and lastly we wrapped our evening at Anvil Coffee House where Chris *almost* let me handle his guitar but put up with Cynthia’s attempt at serenading him so that’s…you know, winning I guess!
I hope you loved these Mill Creek Ravine Engagement Photos as much as I do!
Cheers Cynthia and Chris! I’m so excited to watch Drax walk down the aisle and steal the show at your winter wedding next year!
