Central Alberta Maternity Photographer ~ Jenna + Andrew

I love family farms. I love the tradition, I love the stories, I love the continuity. It makes my heart happy 🙂  Jenna and Andrew contacted me awhile ago and wanted to have maternity photos before their little one was due to arrive on the farm that Andrew grew up on. I was pretty excited! # 1, have you seen Jenna? Just wait, she’s going to wow you, I promise! And Andrew, I mean, he’s pretty easy on the eyes too. AND #2, I would get to tour around the farm. Andrew’s mom is the hardest working gardener/lawn keeper/outdoor everything person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting so I was tickled to get to poke around her yard with these two! It’s the most beautiful relaxing place. For sure, the greenest space I’ve ever seen on the prairies.

Remember when I said she’d wow you…Peeking at the back of my camera during the session, I just knew these photos of Jenna would be my fave. Look. At. Her. The breeze, the bump, the eyes, the hair! We ended our evening in one of the family’s pasture fields where I got to hear some great stories about the land and what it means to Andrew and his family.
As the sun got lower, I remember thinking this baby, this beautiful little soul, will be born to this couple that cares so much about family, and tradition and continuity. And I’m so excited for what the future holds for them!
